About you

As a Senior Advertiser Sales & Development Manager (m/f/x) you will play a key role in discovering new advertising channels and maximizing revenue for our publishers. You will be responsible for identifying new advertisers, building partnerships and maintaining existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnerships with advertisers to maximize traffic.
• Advise existing partnerships to increase revenue through continuous optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate networks and agencies to stay on top of current trends.
• Analyze partnerships and work with our publisher team to identify and realize new potential.
• Keep an eye on industry trends and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• You are an expert in digital advertising and are familiar with the relevant key figures and terminology.
• Selling is your passion, especially in the B2B sector.
• You are analytically strong, technically adept and quick on the uptake.
• You are always looking for opportunities to develop and learn new things.
• You are willing to travel and participate in international trade fairs.
• You are a team player, but can also work independently.
• Your English is business fluent.

Senior Product Owner (m/f/x)

Yadore GmbH is a technology-driven company specializing in affiliate marketing and traffic monetization. To further develop and scale our platform, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner who will act as the key interface between business and engineering and actively drive the technical execution of our product strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the central interface between Sales, Management, and Development teams
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog in Jira
• Lead sprint planning, refinement sessions, and technical coordination meetings
• Coordinate internal and external developers and development partners
• Ensure efficient development processes and workflows
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities, particularly in the areas of APIs and data feeds
• Serve as a sparring partner for business and engineering on technical and strategic topics

Your Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Strong experience in affiliate marketing and/or AdTech environments
• Strong technical understanding, particularly of APIs, data feeds, and system architecture
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Postman, and Kibana
• Structured, analytical, and self-driven working style
• Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
