About you

As a Senior Advertiser Sales & Development Manager (m/f/x) you will play a key role in discovering new advertising channels and maximizing revenue for our publishers. You will be responsible for identifying new advertisers, building partnerships and maintaining existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnerships with advertisers to maximize traffic.
• Advise existing partnerships to increase revenue through continuous optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate networks and agencies to stay on top of current trends.
• Analyze partnerships and work with our publisher team to identify and realize new potential.
• Keep an eye on industry trends and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• You are an expert in digital advertising and are familiar with the relevant key figures and terminology.
• Selling is your passion, especially in the B2B sector.
• You are analytically strong, technically adept and quick on the uptake.
• You are always looking for opportunities to develop and learn new things.
• You are willing to travel and participate in international trade fairs.
• You are a team player, but can also work independently.
• Your English is business fluent.

Product Owner (m/f/x)

About you

As Product Owner, you are responsible for the core of Yadore GmbH: our technical progress. As the link between the (external) developers and the sales team, you direct the technical development of Yadore GmbH and use your experience to complete tasks quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interface function between development and sales at Yadore GmbH
• Issuing technical requirements to internal and external developers (including Synatix)
• Monitoring and coordination of the development process
• Structuring, prioritizing, and adapting tasks according to current circumstances
• Obtaining and communicating technical queries and answers between the parties
• Participation in regular planning meetings with Synatix and Yadore
• Ensuring a continuous flow of information to all parties involved
• Technical understanding for the evaluation and implementation of requirements

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a product owner, IT project manager, or in a comparable role
• Proven track record of successfully implementing IT projects
• In-depth knowledge of agile methods, especially Scrum or Kanban
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and prioritizing backlogs, as well as defining user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Technical understanding of software architectures, APIs, and data models for collaboration with development teams
• Experience in the design and further development of digital products, ideally in the field of digital advertising
• Familiarity with industry-specific KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPM, ROI)
• Confident use of tools such as Postman and Kibana
• Strong communication, moderation, and negotiation skills when dealing with different stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and ability to make data-based decisions and lead teams
